Diretor do Ruptura participa da 16th Annual Legal Research Network Conference (Suécia)

Nos dias 24 e 25 de setembro, nosso Diretor Executivo Artur Bernardo Milchert participou da 16th Annual Legal Research Network Conference, realizada na Uppsala Universitet, Suécia. O tema central da conferência foi "resiliência" e nosso diretor apresentou seu estudo intitulado "Climate emergency and the 30 years of UNFCCC - The inauguration of the International Climate Change Regime and the institutional resilience of the Framework convention".
